Terrace- Queen of Italy
~ Double Deck ~
– 9 Tableau Piles – build down in opposite colors.
– 8 Foundations – build up in opposite colors.
– 1 Reserve Pile at the top with 11 cards that can only be played onto the Foundations.
– The Deck on the left.
At the beginning of the game 3 cards are dealt into the Tableau. Choose one of these cards to be the base rank on the Foundations and move it up to a Foundation pile above. Once this is done, the remaining Tableau spaces will each receive 1 card from the deck.
Tap the Deck to turn up 1 card at a time. These cards can be moved to the Tableau or to the Foundations. Foundations build up in alternating colors, so a black 6 would go onto a red 5. Tableau piles build down in alternating colors. The Foundations wrap from King to Ace as needed, and Tableau stacks wrap from Ace to King. Empty Tableau stacks are filled automatically with the upcard from the deck. Only 1 pass through the deck is allowed.
Move all cards to the Foundations to win.
Special attention must be given to the Reserve Pile since these cards can only be moved to the Foundations.
