Record a Video

When reporting issues, it is very helpful to have a video of the problem. This way we are seeing exactly what you see. Here are a two ways to record videos of issues.

1. The easiest way to do this is to record a video of the problem with a different device.

2. The second way to do this is to record a video of the problem with a third-party app.

If you do not have a Samsung device, you can use Mobizen Screen Recorder – Record, Capture, Edit: http://bit.ly/2Gx2aVm
*After you have installed the app, open it and a little red circle with an “m” on it will pop up. Tap on the red circle, go to the game, tap the top button with the recorder.

* Whatever you do now on your phone will be recorded until you tap the stop button.  After you tap the stop button, tap on the button in the middle with the squares.  Here you can find the video recorded, tap the share button, and then send us an email with the video.
